THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE ORDERING

As all my products are hand made, the item you wish may temporarily be out of stock . If this is the case I will email you and let you know when it will be in stock.

Most knitted crafts are made to order.

If you do wish to order an item that is temporarily out of stock a 25 % deposit will be required.

I ask for your understanding that I can't start working on a particular project until the Cheque or Money Order is received.

Please make all Cheques payable to Annette Laird.

Before you order, please read my Returns Policy

When ordering via snail mail. Print out and complete the Order Form and make sure that you include your name, address, telephone number, and method of payment. You must sign the form.

You can order any item in stock by using email. Just click on the pink order form button at the left hand side of this page, fill out the form and click on the "Send the Form" button.
Make sure you include your name, address, and email address.
