iBuildaHome.com was created by the owner Kevin Dineen from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, who believes we can build a better home using his e4Home concept: Ecological, Economical, Efficient, Esthetical. A home must also include its four basic needs: to Live, Sleep, Grow, Breath. He will complete a prototype in 2027 in the Quebec Laurentians called the Sustainable Home for Extended Living & Learning (S.H.E.L.L.). The SHELL will be designed to withstand natural and human-made disasters, and provide its occupants the ability to live safely and comfortably throughout their lives. The SHELL will also provide the necessity of "always learning" through activities and hobbies designed into the home.
