Dear friends, listeners, and supporters of Space Bop;

After almost nine years of producing and airing Space Bop every Sunday afternoon, we've decided that it's time to take a break and reclaim our Sundays... so this Sunday, December 17th, will be our last Space Bop, at least for the foreseeable future.  It's been a fun nine years, and we've been proud and honoured to have had the opportunity to air a lot of music that otherwise wasn't out there. Nine years ago internet radio and music sharing networks weren't exactly as commonplace as they are now. Through the show, we have made many musical friends through the years, and hope to continue to support them and their music whenever we have the chance...

A big thanks goes out to all of the musicians and friends who have sent us music over the past nine years, in order for us to be able to play it on air.  You're too numerous to start naming here, but you all know who you are!

The last show will be featuring a lot of favourites, but if anyone has any specific requests, please pass them along to us before Saturday, and we'll do our best to incorporate them.

We will still be maintaining the Space Bop website, so old shows will be archived and available there, along with all of the links etc.  As the show name is ours, whatever replaces us on Sundays will no longer be Space Bop...
