Was it a freak cyclone near Queen's University, or was it some drunken humans?   And these custom-made signs are not cheap to replace.  This is an unnecessary tax burden on all Kingstonians. And, by the way, that tax burden is not fully shared by the Queen's campus--it is exempt from property taxes!!
