You can use a simple list of email addresses one per line, like this:

fname@yahoo.com
noname@gmail.com
x@hotmail.com

or you can have each address followed by a comma and first name,
like this:

mike@yahoo.com, Michael
helga@gmail.com, Helga
bill@hotmail.com, William

In any case, each line has to end with an ENTER key!
