TAP INTO NATURE!  

It's almost that time of year again! The Fanshawe Sugar Bush is getting ready for the 2002 Maple Syrup season. We invite you and  your family to come out to the Sugar Bush on Saturday February 22th.  This year we will be hosting the South Western Ontario Maple Syrup Producer's first tap of the season.   Help get the sap flowing by by participating in our ‘tap a tree’ program.   See how maple trees are tapped or why not adopt a tree and tap one  yourself?

Take a leisurely stroll through the forest, and experience the quiet and beauty of winter. The fun begins at 10:00 a.m. and runs until 3:00 p.m. There is no entry fee for this event.  If you wish, tap/adopt a tree.  

11:00am Native blessing of the trees.  

11:30am First tap of the season by a local dignitary.  

Fire Department and Police Safety Bug will be in attendance.  

Horse Drawn Wagon rides.  

Refreshments will be available
