The NMI Automatic Preplasticizer is a self contained, stand-alone unit that
can be interlocked
with any make of compression molding press. It runs such thermoset resins as
phenolics, ureas,
epoxies, polyesters, and many others - by itself without the need of an operator.
If your process calls for them, inserts can be handled automatically by a field-proven
inserting
function. Automatic unloading is available as an option.
If you are running dry powders now, you can realize productivity gains from
between 35 and
60 per cent. You won't require expensive tablet making machines or RF heaters,
either. And, you
will be able to use less expensive materialsbecause NMI Preplasticizer assisted
equipment
produces a finished part with greater structural integrity and improved surface
finish.
