Yoga Teacher's Training Course
Sept. 2012 to June. 2012
The Swami Vishnu teacher's training course will help you to:
- Deepen your personal yoga practice
- Develop your spritual, mental and physical potential
- Learn the technical aspects of teaching Yoga for those who wish to teach Yoga as profession
The Practice
- 36 hours special practical yoga classes plus 14 hours in retreat
- Over 100 hours of mandatory regular yoga classes. Clases are unlimited so you are welcome to practice as many classes as you can. We suggest you practice at least twice a week.
The Theory Classes
Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
Anatomy /Physiology 20 hours (10 hours self improvement study* includes).
Teaching methodology 20 hours (10 hours self improvement study* includes).
Learning Asanas (postures) as theory 20 hours.
Chanting 22 hoursTeaching practice 10 hours
Balance 58 hours of Yoga theory which includes 14 hours of retreat theory and meditation practices. (Teacher is not available for the month of Dec.)
Other Details of the Course
One year course from January 2012 to December 2012 (Please ask details for the Sept. course)
Over 300 hours
Unlimited practical Yoga classes
Theory (150 hours or more) and Yoga Practice (150 hours or more)
There are 15 assignments in total. Two hours of yoga experience is added for each assignment
For self improvement study, you are expected to study for yourself or callaborate with other participants in the course.

Cost
Swami Vishnu Yoga Teacher's Training Course is $ 3500.00.
Payment can be paid on four installments.
A non-refundable deposit of $ 500.00 is required at the time of registration.
1st installment of $750 is due on the beginning of the course.
2nd installment of $750 is due on the 1st week of March.
3rd installment of $750 is due on the 1st week of Jun.
4th and final installment of $750 is due on the 1st week of September. (Payment timing will be different for Sept. Course)
This course will cover all theory classes, practical classes and the course handbook. (Accomodations, transportations and food expenses to retreat or to India is not covered by this course.)
No refund will be made if you decide to drop out of the course.
Class schedule and other information will be given upon registration.
A certificate authenticated by Nitya will be handed upon completion of this course.
