Class Description
Open:
These classes are designed for those know about the basic postures and wish to continue and progress further with thier practise.
Beginners:
This class is for absolute beginners. It is appropriate for those who have never practised yoga asanas before. It is also good class for people who practise regularly and want to know the details of the postures. You can expect a ste-by-step introduction to postures.
Beg/Inter:
These classes are appropriate for those who have done beginners courses and wanted to take the practice of those postures farther. You can expect know the postures and practice many of the same postures as in the beginner's courses.
Intermediate:
These classes will help to build in to farther variations of each postures you learned in Beginners course. It helps you build a strong sequence by bringing in additional postures.
Inter/Adv:
Here, you will learn variations of postures and why to place emphasis on yoga as a regular practice. Here the practice will help you practise as a regular basis. Here, the practise will help you to learn about strength and weakness of your own body. Focused practice working with Body awareness will be found in these classes.
Advanced:
Advanced practices go beyond the physical body into the realm of the subtle body. Here, we will notice the influence of the physical body on subtle body and vis-a-vis.
Breathing/ Meditation:
This one-hour class will focus on the practise of various breathing techniques, relaxation, chanting and meditation.
