Nitya Sadhana Kudir welcomes everyone to explore the practice of yoga and to attain spiritual awareness regardless of sex, color, nationality, culture, age, physical or mental ability. It is a place to transcend religious dogma and to encourage the practice of Yoga.

Yoga

Yoga is a misunderstood term these days. It is not just bending and stretching the limbs in various postures.

The postures are preliminary aids or a starting point in a longer deeper journey to find the truth about the Self, the Universal Reality. This ancient spiritual art helps one to experience the higher conscious realms and to realize the real nature of Self. By practising Yoga, you begin a journey to the Universal Reality - where eternal and everlasting peace is possible.

To understand what Yoga means, you must experience it through practice. However, Yoga is more than just a practice; it is a way of life. Yoga will help you to realize the value of life and guide you on your life's path.

Yoga will also help you to face personal challenges such as stress, anger, and sorrow, and can alleviate physical and mental illness.
