The Brantford Chess Club 70 Superior St., Brantford, Ontario Great News!

Welcome to the Brantford Chess Club! The Brantford Chess Club is dedicated to the play and promotion of chess in the Brantford area. Our club meets each Thursday night at 7:00 pm, from September until June. Our players range in strength from beginners to experts.

The club provides a spacious and comfortable non-smoking playing room, with refreshments available. Our current location is the Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 70 Superior St.--see Church location

We hold many events throughout the year for club members, in addition to playing games for fun. All equipment is supplied.

Our club is a member of the South West Ontario Chess League. The league organizes the SWOCL Grand Prix with events throughout Southwestern Ontario.

We held our annual meeting and elected a new executive. Our new club president is Rob Gashgarian, treasurer is Lee Hendon and this year's tournament director will be John Vlasov.
