Beyond kitsch, Space Bop is one hour of full galactical wonder, and can be heard every Sunday from 4:00 to 5:00 pm Eastern time (that's 21:00 to 22:00 in the U.K., and 22:00 to 23:00 in most of the rest of Western Europe...) on CKUT 90.3 FM in Montreal, Canada, in RealAudio at:

http://www.ckut.ca

As well, the last two weeks' worth of shows are archived at that site in stereo, and the last two months' worth in mono.  So you can now listen at your leisure...

As usual, all comments, questions, and feedback are welcome.

Ein Wigwam Steht in Babelsberg

On this week's show, it's the second instalment exploring the German obsession with the wild west. It is extracted from a series of three CDs, all compiling film music from East German Westerns. (No, that's not an error... it really is East German Westerns!) The music ranges in mood from purely orchestral to country-western to psychedelic... Who would have guessed?  www.allscore.de   www.cinesoundz.de
