From “SETH”

·        Thoughts and their mental associations are living things, formations of energy assembled into invisible structures, through processes quite as valid and complicated as the organization of any group of cells. Comparing them with cells, they are of briefer duration, generally speaking, though under certain conditions this does not apply. But your thoughts form structures as real as the cells. Their composition is different in that no solidity is involved, in your terms.

As living cells have a structure, react to stimuli and organize according to their own classification, so do thoughts. Thoughts thrive on association. They magnetically attract others like themselves, and like some strange microscopic animals they repel their "enemies," or other thoughts that are threatening to their own survival.

Using this analogy, your mental and emotional life forms a framework composed of such structures, and these act directly upon the cells of your physical body.

·        The SPEAKERS - a brotherhood which has worked throughout history to preserve mankind's esoteric knowledge.  "Others who have been what we humans are and more --- and we listen, trying to squeeze their messages into concepts that we can understand, cloaking them in worn stereotyped images.  Yet they are all around us in the wind and trees, formed and unformed, more alive in many ways perhaps than we are - the SPEAKERS.  Through these voices, these intuitions, these flashes of insights and messages, the universe speaks to us, to each of us personally.  Learn to hear your own messages, untranslated by old alphabets.  Thus we respond to the gods in ourselves - those inner sparks of knowing that defy our three-dimensional knowledge".  Seth says, 'while you are conscious bodies, remember what it was like and will be like to be bodiless, to be free-wheeling energy without a name but with a voice that does not need tongue, with a creativity that does not need flesh.'

·        REINCARNATION is a process whereby simultaneous period dramas are engaged by individual aspects of our multi-dimensional selves - e.g. simultaneous actor involvement in 100 BC, 1200 AD, 1998, etc. with such focus in our roles and their respective challenges that we forget these 'roles' are of our own creation.  We live many existences at one time.  Periods of renaissance occur because of the intense inner focus of those involved in the collective drama.  Progress is not of time but has to do with psychic/spiritual focus.  (Your actions in this life are not caused by a previous existence, nor are you being punished in this life for past ones - the lives are simultaneous).

In dreams and meditation, we retire inwardly to be informed through the inner senses of our other lives (roles) - our vision suddenly pierces the respective props of our roles.  Each actor actualizes a portion of itself within three-dimensional reality so as to become self-actualized, fully integrated.  To the extent that you allow the intuitions and knowledge of the multi-dimensional self to flow through the conscious self, you perform your role in the play more effectively and also add new energy, insights and creativity to your entire dimension.  Your various lives grow out of what your inner self is, as your consciousness opens up and expresses itself in as many ways as possible.

The REINCARNATIONAL structure is a psychological one.  The reality, the validity, the immediacy of those lives does exist simultaneously with your present life.  The distances between one life and another exists psychologically, and not in terms of years and centuries.  The psychological distance can be vaster, as there are certain lives (as there are certain events in this life) that you may not want to face or deal with.

·        The SOUL, or entity, is highly individualized spiritual energy.  Its consciousness can never be still but seeks further creativity.  The soul gives breath to the body, and to the three-dimensional self within it.  The latter then opens up new areas of creativity - this being its purpose.  Souls send out portions of themselves (three-dimensional selves) to open up awareness of reality that would not exist otherwise.  The individual three-dimensional selves, in existing within these realities, must focus their attention there completely.  And inner awareness gives them a source of energy and strength.  They must, however, come to understand their roles as actors, "finally", from their roles, and through another act of comprehension, return to the entity soul.  Learn to handle the energy that is yourself, for creative purposes - as co-creators.  The soul has created a world for you to inhabit, to change - a complete sphere of activity in which new developments and new forms of consciousness can emerge.  You continually create your soul as it continually creates you.

·        In the very deep reaches of SLEEP experience, you are in communication with other portions of your own identity, and with the other realities in which they exist.  In this state you pursue work and endeavours that may or may not be connected with your interests as you know them - you are involved in the underground, real nitty-gritty of existence.  Your consciousness leaves your body often in sleep, communicating with people in other levels of reality that you have known; while beyond this you maintain and revitalize your physical image.  Sleep blocs of 4 - 2 - 2 hours are better than one 8 hour bloc, allowing a more steady renewal of both physical and psychic activity, i.e. a better memory/use of your subjective connecting experiences.  Through the ages the Speakers have taught dreamers how to manipulate in these other environments - how to bring back information that would be used for the benefit of the present personality.  It is possible for a Speaker to go in dream to another individual who is having some difficulties in an inner reality within the dream state.  A good Speaker is as effective in one reality as he is within another, creating psychic frameworks within physical reality as well as in interior environments.

·        In the most PROTECTED AREAS OF SLEEP, divorced from physical focus, you are in a better position to hear the Speakers, to translate their instructions, to practice with the creation of images, and to be guided in the methods of maintaining the health of the physical body.  In the deeply protected areas of sleep, one is on the threshold of other layers of reality and probabilities - where experience is out of all normal time context.  The Speakers help one correlate and understand this multi-dimensional existence, bringing it to conscious attention - and thereby glimpse the nature of All That Is.  One can prepare questions or problems for solution in the sleep state; speak with distant friends through pre-suggestion; convey important messages which you cannot transmit verbally; bring about reconciliation at a deeper-than-normal level of reality; or suggest directed healing of your body; or enlist a Speaker's aid in obtaining psychological therapy.  Beneficial conscious goals may be suggested to oneself pre-sleep, and the dreams will point to and hasten their physical reality.  In the most protected areas of sleep one is dealing with experience that is pure feeling or knowing, and disconnected from both words and images.  These experiences are translated into dreams later, bridging a transit to 'normal' physical consciousness, if one can interpret the symbols into this particular plane.  In any event, the unconscious and subconscious levels are aware of more of the information than the ego, and may provide ongoing guidance via one's internal communicative links.
