     * WoodSong art is recognized internationally.        It is collected throughout North America and pieces have been gifted by the Canadian government to several heads of state.      Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper has presented WoodSong art to American President,  George W. Bush and to Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth of Great Britain.   A commissioned piece was given to Emperor Akihito of Japan, in the summer of 2009.

     Woodsong wood art is shown, throughout the year, in juried shows and fine art galleries. 

      From October 8-11, (2010)  WoodSong  creations were shown at the "For the Love of the Farm, Fine Art Exhibition and Sale", Bldg 72, in the Arboretum of the Central Experimental Farm.

     From January 15 to February 15, (2011), an exhibition of Garry's art was featured in the Trinity Gallery at the Shenkman Centre for the Arts, in Orleans Ontario.

     From February 4 to Feb 15, (2011), two pieces of Garry's sculptural woodturning were part of the
Nature into Sculpture display at the Canadian Museum of Nature.

In the next twelve months:-

     In September 2011, Dimensions, the Ottawa Sculpture Show put on by the National Capital Network of Sculptors, has a superb collection of three dimensional work by artists in all media, at the Saint Brigid's Centre on St. Patrick Street.


 * WoodSong Studio, featured Nov. 29/03 on Regional Contact, the CJOH television  programme presenting  artists  from Eastern Ontario.
